13 May, Malom Naotoli: Brs. Salvador Drego and Anand Suresh Minj took another important step in their life journey as friars minor committing themselves to Gospel Way of Life for Life in the footsteps of St Francis of Assisi. Having completed the years of probation in simple profession for five years, Brs. Salvador and Suresh decided that they are ready for the perpetual commitment. They attended a month long programme in view of preparing for this momentous occasion of Solemn Profession. The Eucharist was presided over by Br Carlos Dias, the Custos of Mary Mother of God. A number of Friars, friar students, postulants and aspirants on holidays and the friends and family members of Brs. Salvador and Anand were present. With beautiful decorations, dances, sonorous choir and motivating homily, the celebration was a memorable for everyone. We wish Brs. Salvador and Anand Peace and Perseverance!
