Br. Matthias Maier, the New President of “Missionszentrale der Franziskaner” begins his visit in India
Br. Matthias Maier arrived in Bengaluru on 18th February 2017. He was welcomed by Brs. Baptist D' Souza, Joseph Raj, Xavier Durairaj and Michael Anand at the Airport. Br. Matthias was formally and traditionally welcomed on the same evening by the student friars of St. Bonaventure Fraternity along with other friars of all three communities in St. Anthony's Friary. During the Evening Prayer conducted by St. Bonaventure Fraternity, a video presentation was shown displaying a glimpse of MZF projects in our province and the donors were gratefully remembered. During the Festive Meal, Br. Praveen Henry D' Souza, the Minister Provincial recalling his visit in Bonn shared how Br. Matthias wishes to give his best in his new responsibility as the President of MZF. He is already on his way to visit various Projects. We wish him a fruitful experience in India.
